Earlier in his career, Scott founded Travel Analytics, where he pioneered now-patented techniques for analyzing airline pricing. Scott speaks around the world on the topics of travel management, procurement, innovation and analytics. He provides training to travel buyers and suppliers, and authors the popular blog “Gillespie’s Guide to Travel+Procurement”. Prior to becoming a successful entrepreneur, Scott spent nine years at A.T. Kearney, where he was the firm’s global expert on travel sourcing.

He is certified in DISC behavioral assessments and as a DDI (Development Dimensions International) trainer. When it comes to learning, Matt approaches training programs with a focus on behavioral change. “Help the individual change what they say or do…not who they are.”
