  • 2009 (and 2010, if available) company revenue numbers
  • 2009 total T&E expenditures, with air spend broken out
  • The number of company locations and how many are international (overseas more important than Canada or Mexico)
  • Primary SIC code or other description of the industry in which they operate
  • 2011 revenue goals, budgeted T&E (and air spend), and expansion plans
  • Any other unique company attributes or trends (i.e. M&A activity, unique policy requirements, etc.) that impact the amount of T&E required to be successful
