On-site Meetings
 4 Annual (hosted by various committee members) We try to schedule one East Coast, one West Coast, and one Central meeting for the convenience of all of the committee members. One meeting per year is always held at GBTA Headquarters in Alexandria, VA. 
Conference Calls
 7 one-hour calls Usually the 2nd Friday of the month
Convention
Annual  Technology Committee supports the Tech Pavilion and various education sessions
Term
Committee members serve for a term of 2 years (a year starts from GBTA Convention to next Convention).  
Minimum Attendance Expectations
2 On-site meetings and 5 conference calls per year (Convention to Convention).
