- Develop questions to ask in the creation of guidelines to address consistency in ethical practices
Afternoon Session: Energy Leadership

Learning Outcomes:
- An awareness of your own unique core energy based on your life experiences to date
- The ability to recognize how and when core energy is impacting leadership style
- Tools to help identify the key areas of leadership style that have either propelled you to great success (so you can work to repeat) or held you back (so you can strive to avoid)
