What submissions should address How submissions will be judged
WHAT                  
  • What did you set out to accomplish as it relates to managed travel or travel services?
  • What social/business issue did you choose to address and how does this connect to business travel or travel services?
  • Why is your goal significant to your business travel program or travel services and to society?
  • Materiality – Does the company/program focus on a material issue for their business and society?
  • Clear Goals – Has the company/program publicly stated clear and meaningful goals?
HOW                  
  • How did you go about accomplishing it? (i.e., What process did you use?)
  • How does your process ensure meaningful results for your business travel program or     travel services and for society?
  • Transparency – Has the company/program been operated in a way that provides a high degree of access to and visibility of important, relevant information to key stakeholders?
  • Third Party Involvement – Has the company/program included high level and high quality involvement of independent and credible third party entities?
  • Employee Engagement – Has the company/program been operated in way that provides both high level and high quality employee involvement and participation in decision-making?
RESULTS                  
  • What did you actually achieve with your travel program or travel services?
  • What metrics did you use to measure success in your travel program or travel services?
  • Impact – Does the company/program measure and deliver meaningful  results on the business, environmental and social issues chosen? On travel industry?
  • Third Party Review – Does the company/program provide independent and credible third party organizations with the opportunity to review/assess results?
