Refund / Cancellation Policy
All requests must be made in writing to NBTA. Mail requests to: 110 N Royal St., 4th Fl, Alexandria, VA 22314 USA. A full refund less a $75 administrative fee will be given for cancellations received on or before July 6, 2010. A 75% refund will be given for cancellations received after July 6. NO REFUNDS will be given after August 8, 2010. A $75 administration fee will be applied to ALL REFUNDS. There are no refunds for “no shows”.
