The GLP Designation, created for business travel professionals who have already received their Certificate of Professional Development, will provide corporate travel professionals an opportunity to utilize the various skills, knowledge and expertise they have gained during the GLP program, put it to practical use and then in turn share that knowledge with their peers in an effort to help better the travel industry. The Global Leadership Professional designation consists of several components, beginning with a 2-day on-site session with Wharton Professors while at the GBTA Convention in Denver. During this session, work groups will be formed and industry related projects will be assigned. Over the next 9 months participants will receive additional instruction from the professors via three web-based virtual classrooms, as well as working independently and within their groups via email and conference calls. There will be a final 1-day on-site session during which the participants will finalize their projects and presentations for delivery to their industry peers at the GBTA Convention in Boston.

As the nation’s leading non-profit organization working to preserve affordable homeownership, Rebuilding Together revitalizes communities by providing free home modifications and repairs, making the homes safer, more accessible and more energy efficient.
On behalf of GBTA and Rebuilding Together, we welcome you to the Zion Senior Center in Denver, Colorado where your achievements will vastly improve the lives of the community. The Zion Senior Center is a non-profit organization that dedicates their volunteer effort to assisting the senior citizen population of the surrounding neighborhoods including the Park Hill Neighborhood. The Zion Senior Center provides a safe environment to assemble, receive services, and participate in activities that promote their independence and encourage the collaboration of the senior community within the greater Denver area. The Zion Senior Center is available to the whole community for any activity or event that further develops the city of Denver.
Our goal is to engage our diverse group of volunteers in an exciting and rewarding project. With skilled volunteers and leaders onsite, volunteers will be guided in basic construction skills and be able to participate in activities that make a difference.
