Exhibitor Housing

Room block requests are now being accepted for the GBTA Convention 2012 in Boston, MA July 22-25, 2012.

If you would like to reserve an exclusive GBTA 2012 Hotel Block, please click the button above, we strongly encourage you to request your block as soon as possible to take advantage of the preferred hotel rates and locations available. All Room Blocks are approved and assigned by GBTA on a first-come, first-served basis so please request an exhibitor room block today.

The GBTA Exhibitor Room Block Management site is now open!  Once you receive email confirmation of your assigned hotel(s) and your login information you may start entering your rooming list by clicking the button above. If you have not received a confirmation of your assigned hotel(s) please contact the GBTA Housing Center for assistance. 

Please note that the official GBTA exhibitor registration website is also available. This site will allow the tradeshow contact to register multiple booth personnel/exhibitor registrations.
