Please Note: You must first register for the Convention, and will then be given access to book your hotel room at an available GBTA hotel for a discounted rate.
Registration Categories
New Member Direct
Any corporate travel professional who is not currently, nor has ever been a member of GBTA. This fee includes a one-year membership to GBTA.
GBTA Direct / Allied Member
Current members of GBTA who qualify under the Direct Member category of membership (e.g. corporate travel professionals, corporate travel managers, travel services manager), or the Allied Member category of membership (e.g. air carriers, hotels, surface transportation suppliers, etc.).
Non-Exhibitor Supplier
Any supplier who is not a member of GBTA nor participating in the Exposition as an exhibitor.
Exhibitor
An exhibitor is defined as any person who will be actively participating in a booth on the 2012 trade show floor. If a person is not actively participating in some aspect of a booth on the trade show floor then that person should be classified as a Non-Exhibiting Supplier.
VIP Access Upgrade
Upgrade your registration for VIP access to the GBTA Convention. This includes a VIP Registration Desk, special welcome gift, and VIP seating at all the General Sessions and CEO Panel Sessions. There are no refunds for VIP Access cancellation.

Direct Member Team

Direct Member's Boss
Any supervisor or corporate officer of a Direct member, who is not a member of GBTA may attend at the discounted “Boss” rate. Promo code required. Please contact conventionreg@gbta.org or call +1 800 934 1957 for details.
Active MPI / ISM Buyer Member
Current buyer (meeting planner or purchasing manager) members of MPI or ISM may register at the MPI / ISM Buyer Member rate. Promo code required. Please contact Adrienne Whitestone for details.
