Outlined below are five simple things your Chapter can do to increase participation at GBTA events:
- Include the GBTA event in your Chapter website’s event calendar.
- Include GBTA event information in Chapter correspondence, including newsletters, updates, or emails. Feel free to pull information from GBTA's website or updates sent to the CPC listserve or any other GBTA communication. Additionally, GBTA is happy to provide banner ads to be used on websites or in email newsletters.
- Send your members and prospects at least three emails promoting the GBTA event. (Sample emails notifying members of the early bird deadline are below.) We’ll send you the designed emails (in a format that best works for you) which you can, in turn, send out to your members.
- Have a Chapter event coming up before August? Please hand out literature on the Convention. Simply tell us how many people you expect to attend, and we’ll ship materials directly to you.
