 Concur CEO Steve Singh to Chair NBTA Foundation Board 

NBTA President Craig Banikowski Also Appoints New Buyer, Supplier Members


Alexandria, VA (January 12, 2010) – The National Business Travel Association NBTA) announced that Steve Singh, Chairman & CEO of Concur, has been appointed to serve as the new Chair for 2010 Board of Trustees of the NBTA Foundation, NBTA’s education and research foundation. NBTA President & CEO Craig Banikowski, CCTE, C.P.M, CMM, also appointed seven new members to serve on the Board.

 

Singh, who has served as a member the Foundation’s Board of Directors for two years, has been CEO of Concur since February 1996, and was appointed to Chairman of the Board of Directors in October 1999. Prior to joining Concur, Singh was General Manager of the Contact Management Division at Symantec Corporation.

 

Banikowski said, “I am pleased to announce the two-year appointment of this prominent industry leader to the NBTA Foundation Board of Trustees. Steve’s extensive industry experience and insights are sure to help enhance the NBTA Foundation’s resources, and I know he is dedicated to supporting the business travel community with industry research, scholarships and unparalleled educational programs.”
