Board of Directors
GBTA’s Board of Directors serves as the governing body and is responsible for establishing the focus and direction of the Association. The Board consists of fourteen members who include: President & CEO, Vice President, the Immediate Past President, the President and Vice President of the Council of Allied Leadership, the President of the Chapter Presidents’ Council, and five Direct members elected at large, and two Allied members elected at large. The Executive Director & COO serves as an ex-officio member.

Committees, Councils, and Task Forces
GBTA's volunteer committees, councils and task forces provide an opportunity for GBTA members to work in areas of special interest. They are advisory in nature work on special projects which segment the Association's operations. These committees offer GBTA members opportunities to contribute to their growth as business travel professionals.

GBTA's network of chapters extends throughout the country. This network of organizations serves as a forum to educate members. Chapters provide a means for regionally focused corporations to share common experiences.
The Chapter Presidents' Council (CPC) represents the unified chapters and affiliates of GBTA and is the principal liaison between local chapters and affiliates and GBTA.
