GBTA Academy
The GBTA Academy provides a personalized and customizable learning path that offers professionals of all experience levels a continuing education.  The Academy offers three certificate levels:

The Academy will debut the Global Travel Professional ™  (GTP) certification program  in 2012.  The GTP will be  the industry’s only accredited certification.  It will establish and evaluate core competencies by administering an examination based on work experience, industry knowledge and skills, and continuing education.

The GBTA Foundation is the education and research foundation of the Global Business Travel Association. The GBTA Foundation's mission is to provide on-going financial resources to conduct research initiatives beneficial to the entire business travel industry; to support educational and research offerings for business travel industry professionals and to provide scholarship opportunities for business travel professionals. GBTA Foundation's Managed Travel Index® & Benchmarking Tool can provide valuable data for your entire managed travel program.  This online tool for travel professionals is designed to provide four important benchmarking components; first benchmark your overall managed travel operations through the Managed Travel Index® (MTI®), second, the Benchmarking Tool provides onboard fare and performance information for specific airlines and city-pairs that you select, as well as hotel room and occupancy rates across city and regional markets, third, the Travel Risk Management (TRM3) allows you to conduct a self assessment that can help you determine your current maturity level and help you identify where you should focus your time and resources to move your program to the next level and fourth, the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) self assessment tool provides an opportunity to determine where your travel program rates on a maturity scale.
