Ed leads the membership, marketing, partnership, media, and volunteer engagement activities for the Global Business Travel Association. During Ed's tenure, GBTA has tripled its membership and launched several new membership products, including GBTA Hub; the business travel industry's largest and most active private online community.
Ed is a 20-year veteran of the business travel industry, with expansive sales and marketing roles at Rosenbluth International, American Express, Lanyon, Griffin, and eCLIPSE Advisors. Ed is a frequent speaker on advanced digital marketing topics, with several speaking placements at Pardot and Salesforces events, including Dreamforce.
Ed holds an MBA and BS in Finance from Villanova University, is a member of the leadership team for the Villanova University Graduate School of Business Alumni Association, and is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Academic Honors Society.
