How do you feel about being recognized by WINiT as one of the Top 50 Women in Travel?
I am honored to have received this recognition alongside so many amazing women who are driving impactful change within the industry. This recognition boosted my confidence in the work I’ve done over the last 12 months and reinforces the importance of the amazing team I have behind me. I am very grateful for this recognition to help advance my career and am looking forward to the opportunity to mentor other women in business travel!

Why is the existence of a group like WINiT important in the industry?
It has never been more important for a group like WINit to exist. It provides a platform for women to learn and grow by networking with each other and highlights the success of women and how they are driving positive change in their companies. WINiT propels women in their careers and allows them to share their experiences and expertise with others in the industry.

What advice would you give to women just starting their careers in business travel?
My best advice is to say ‘yes’ to any opportunity presented to you. Each and every opportunity will provide experience and new learnings that can help develop you for the next step in your career. And the worst that can happen is you learn a new area of the business that you do not want to work in!
