Corporate Responsibility – What’s Next featuring subject matter expert Alejandro Aguirre, Purchases Director Global Business Services, Procter & Gamble

It seems more corporations every day are tuning into the global sentiment that they too have a responsibility to the people they employ and serve, as well as the planet we all exist on.  Corporate responsibility – often with a focus on ESG (Environmental, Social, & Governance) – extends throughout all industries.  In travel, we are faced with our own unique challenges to meet the moment and to drive progress in diversity, sustainability, responsible sourcing and beyond.  At this season’s Summit, we’ll see how four of our teams approached this theme and the thought leadership created as a result.

Additionally, there will be sessions focusing on other hot industry topics as well as professional growth and development learning.  Our goal is to have all attendees wrap up their Summit experience with salient takeaways that can be applied directly to their lives.

While we examine corporate responsibility, let’s not forget the personal responsibility we all have to be good citizens.  The last day of Summit will focus on a community service event where the Ladders family can give back to those who are underserved.
