We are at a turning point - an AI-driven future of work has moved beyond chabots and the helpdesk to business process automation -- soon to become the standard co-worker, the universal ‘spell check’ across every corner of the business, making companies more efficient and pleasant places to work.
A prime example is auditing automation for company spend -  an area that is outdated and riddled with oversights, yet continues to be ignored. The average company correctly audits between just 2 -10% of its expenses - a shocking reality when occupational fraud cost companies $7billion worldwide in 2017 alone (ACFE Report).
AI is now offering a solution to auditing at scale, and companies are finally waking up to the huge savings and increased risk protection against potentially crippling non-compliance fines. But even more far reaching, is the behavioral shifts that are occurring.
In this session I will dig deeper into how and why these cultural shifts are forming. AI is empowering managers to take control of team spend at a field level, giving them the ability to correct bad behavior and  improve their teams’ expense habits over time while avoiding unwanted ‘big brother’ conversations between managers and employees that only damage relationships and morale.

At the end of the session, participants should be able to:

  • Identify wastage in their own business and look for actionable steps to overcome them
  • Better understand the elements of AI technology at a basic level, assessing whether it has the potential to be the right path for their business
  • Analyze where the gaps lie in streamlining internal operations to aid productivity and competitive advantage
