Target Audience: Mid-sized companies looking at how to implement mobile or AI into their travel programs in order to meet the demands and expectations of the current and future business traveler.

Mobile is no longer a trend, it is a necessity. We are heavily dependent on mobile in all aspects of our lives and the technology supporting this is evolving at a high pace. This webinar will take a look at the evolution of mobile in travel management, leading into the development of artificial intelligence (AI) and chat-bots and how and why it has become so important to include in travel programs. 

The webinar will focus on mobile and Chat-Bots/AI and where and how there is a place for this in Corporate Travel. Taking into account the market reviews of what a Chat-Bot is, ones deployed in the consumer world, ones in the travel industry, and then looking the future's potential. The webinar will also discuss the challenges and opportunities this presents to travel managers and implementation. 

At the end of the session, participants should be able to:

  • Possess a knowledge on evolution of mobile in travel management and what chat-bots are
  • Recognize as well as solve some of the challenges implementing a strong mobile strategy in their travel program will have
  • Think about the future opportunities that technology and mobile can offer their travel programs
