Every year data breaches expose billions of records worldwide. Travel programs can be particularly vulnerable given a combination of factors including the multitude of vendors financial transactions take place with, the key service providers who may store personal or financial data and the traveling employees themselves using unencrypted public WiFi throughout their business trips.

At the end of the session, participants should be able to:

  • What travel managers are concerned about with regard to business travel payment data

  • What companies are currently doing when a data breach or fraud occurs

  • How can forms of payment mitigate risk of fraud and data breach

  • What controls are available and used by companies to keep their data secured
