Panelists will also provide tips on how you can respond to diversity questions and open the discussion of supplier diversity at your organization.

Panel:

Rob Brown – Manager, Supplier Management – Rogers Communications

Cassandra Dorrington, President – Canadian Aboriginal and Minority Supplier Council

Darrell Schuurman, CEO - Canadian Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce

Silvia Pencak, President & CEO - Women Business Enterprises Canada Council

  • Scope of the Travel Manager… What Suppliers Need to Know!
A travel manager’s world is broad in scope, technically complex, always hectic.  Some have teams; some are only one.  In a well-managed end-to-end comprehensive travel program, suppliers are a piece of the integrated puzzle.  But what other pieces need to be in place for a supplier to be successful?  In this session, suppliers will gain a greater understanding of what an end-to-end managed travel program looks like, the priorities that a travel manager juggles to support travelers and senior managers, the technology integrations that are essential for smooth end-to-end flow of data, and exactly the part a supplier plays in the overall travel program.
