Pinnacle Awards

Outstanding Woman of the Year - Celebrates the most talented and impactful women in the industry.

Criteria:

  • Exemplifies excellence in a travel-related industry
  • A visionary who can face any challenging situations and strategically seek solutions
  • Holds leadership positions, values volunteer work and promotes the professional advancement of women
  • Actively involved in diverse membership associations



Founders - Celebrates a male or female who embodies the mission of WINiT and supports the ongoing values of the organization.

Criteria:

  • Active member of the WINiT community
  • Participated in two or more WINiT initiatives (i.e. mentorship program, hosted a gathering, volunteer speaker at WINiT event, participated in WINiT education program)
  • Positively contributed to the growth of WINiT and WINiT by GBTA
  • Volunteers their time to the WINiT mission

 


Individual Awards

Rising Female Leaders - Celebrates young professional women who are high-performing future leaders.

Criteria:

  • Represents the future of the industry
  • Drives change and is identified as a thought leader
  • Holds a current position in a travel-related company or organization



Best Mentor or Coach – Female - Celebrates a woman leader who is making a determined effort to elevate others.

Criteria:

  • Demonstrates a significant and positive impact on the careers of emerging professionals in travel
  • Nurtures growth and career development
  • Acts as a champion to elevate women into new roles or to lead company efforts and initiatives
  • Supports women in their company and the industry



Best Mentor or Coach – Male - Celebrates a male leader who is making a determined effort to elevate others and champions women in travel-related industries.

Criteria:

  • Demonstrates a significant and positive impact on the careers of emerging professionals in travel
  • Nurtures growth and career development

Company Achievement Awards

Creating a Company Culture for Women to Advance and Succeed - Celebrates a company or organization that has created initiatives to support the professional development and advancement of women and is actively measuring and/or reporting its success.
