Please join GBTA-NJ for an important discussion on how we create a workplace culture of empathy, cohesiveness, and belonging. With more companies bringing diversity, equity, and inclusion practices into their travel buying decision-making, this highly interactive session will provide skills, tools and knowledge that will allow for effective communication and understanding amongst participants that will aid in creating a culture that promotes employee and customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention. By sharing real-life experiences, this session will allow attendees to both teach and learn about one another to further our understanding, acceptance, and inclusion of both internal and external colleagues in a more authentic way.
