Matthew Patterson-Senior Director of Client Management at Advito
Matthew oversees engagements to ensure the delivery of solutions that generate significant ROI and foster long-term relationships. Matthew has over 30 years of travel industry experience, including 20 years in consulting.
Before joining Advito, Matthew held client leadership and consulting positions at Accenture, American Express and Carlson Wagonlit Travel. Matthew earned his undergraduate degree from Bethel University and his MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He’s based in Castle Rock, Colorado.
Will Pinnell-Senior Vice President at HRS
Will Pinnell is the Managing Director of the Americas for HRS, leading commercial strategy, sales and partnerships across the region. A recognized expert in digital transformation, SaaS, and corporate travel technology, he has a track record of driving revenue growth and product innovation.
Will was an early founder of Handango, a start-up and the world’s first app store. He joined Sabre in 2008, where he launched Travelocity’s first iPhone and Android apps and spearheaded early mobile travel technologies, including TripCase. At BCD Travel, he led global product marketing and the strategy for traveler-facing technologies and booking tools while also spearheading global solution engineering.
Beyond his corporate roles, Will is an active industry advocate with a popular newsletter and podcast called Corporate Insights. He was elected to GBTA’s Board of Directors as an Allied Member at Large in 2019 and later appointed global treasurer while serving on the Allied Leadership Council. He now serves as the Education Chairman for TAMs Ignite. A frequent speaker at industry events, he shares insights on artificial intelligence, sustainability and other technologies shaping the future of the business travel industry.
Leslie Andrews, MS-HTM, GLP-Global Category Leader at JLL
Leslie draws upon over 20 years of expertise in all facets of the Hospitality Industry and higher education. She has been asked to serve in various leadership capacities, from leading global travel programs to being an international school’s academic dean. Leslie is the Global Director of Category Management for JLL, an ad hoc Professional Development Trainer, and a Coach. Her educational experience includes college instruction, curriculum design, faculty development, and mentoring of adult learners.
Activities: Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) Foundation Board of Directors, Roosevelt University’s Heller Graduate School of Business Advisory Board Co-Chair, DePaul University Dean of Advisors, and ProcureCon Travel Advisory Board.
Pragmatic servant-leader building innovative global travel and expense management systems, including custom organizational adoption practices. Additional areas of expertise include transformational facilitation, experiential learning, and faculty leadership.
