Recognizing and overcoming the Imposter Syndrome, presented by Dr. Maureen Gannon

In this session participants will learn the definition of Imposter Syndrome and will complete a brief self-assessment to determine where they fall on the Imposter Syndrome scale. Common causes for Imposter Syndrome feelings and characteristics of individuals who experience these feelings will be discussed. Importantly, participants will learn how to mitigate these feelings in themselves and how to help others who may suffer from these feelings.
