“In today’s sharing economy, disruption and innovation are hot topics in ground transportation,” said Michael W. McCormick, GBTA executive director and COO. “The business travel industry has been built on innovation and we are excited to bring together these panelists to talk about what’s next in ground transportation as we discuss duty of care and the changing customer experience.”

The panelists will dive deep into the key factors driving market changes in ground transportation and will discuss public policy implications, what travel buyers need to consider for their travel programs and duty of care responsibilities. The panel will also unveil new data from the GBTA Foundation featuring perceptions from business travelers and travel buyers to understand how the changing environment of ground transportation has affected traveler decisions and corporate travel policy.
