Professional Development session for committee members only: Leadership Skills for Reenergizing Ourselves and Our Teams.

Drawing from Professor Alan Dow’s (and Scott’s) book: “Thriving ‘23” we’ll walk through the six types of fatigue and what we can do to re-energize.

We then migrate to work through techniques to revitalize our committees and to healthily match our capacity to contribute with our committees’ commitments to deliver.
