REMINDERS

  • Per Diem Meals:
    • Breakfast: $20 daily per staff member
    • Lunch: $25 daily per staff member
    • Dinner: $50 daily per staff member
    • Above figures exclude Tip & Tax. 
    • Higher end locations including NY, Singapore, California & London can assume a 20% increase
    • Itemized expense receipts need to be included, not just the image of the “customer copy” of the bill signed for the credit card.
  • When creating an expense report (ER) be aware of the payment type.  
  • Please create one expense report for your Out-of-Pocket transactions and a separate expense report for the Corporate C.C. transactions.  The corporate cc transactions should match the transactions per the statement you receive monthly.
    • Know that having both payment types in the same expense report delays the process for reimbursement and the reconciling process for our books.
