About GBTA Australia & New Zealand
GBTA Australia and New Zealand is the authoritative voice of business travel management in these two countries and the industry's foremost organisation committed to the personal development of skilled business travel professionals. GBTA Australia and New Zealand was formed in 2017, through a partnership with btTB. btTB has been the premier provider of information, education and networking opportunities to the business travel community in the ANZ region for the prior 17 years.
The btTB and GBTA partnership, brings a host of new learning, development and networking opportunities to the Austalia and New Zealand markets. The partnership initiative is also supported by Procurement and Supply Australasia (PASA), bringing procurement rigour to the programme and access to its 25,000 strong procurement stakeholder community.
GBTA AUS/NZ is also a member of the Smartraveller Advisory Group, a group of travel industry leaders which assists the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade to promote safer and smarter travel for Australians travelling overseas.
