Average Compensation for Travel Buyers Remains Stable in 2018
Average compensation for U.S. travel buyers remained stable between 2017 and 2018 at $108,000, according to new findings. GBTA’s annual Compensation and Benefits study reveals salaries, bonuses and benefits for U.S. buyers and identifies disparities in compensation based on a variety of demographic traits like gender, education, region and position. New Research Reveals High Expectations Business Travellers Place on Organisations for Traveller Safety
More than 8 in 10 (82 percent) business travellers think it is important for their safety for their company to know their travel plans in advance, yet less than half (47 percent) say their organisation has a system in place to capture their travel plans if they book outside of corporate channels, according to new research from GBTA in partnership with SAP Concur.
