Layovers, changing a flight or train reservation mid-trip, the work environment while traveling and changing a lodging reservation during the trip also topped the list of most challenging aspects for Latin American business travelers.

Attendees were given the opportunity to participate in education sessions and an expanded trade show to build their industry knowledge and gain ideas and insight into trends in corporate travel management as well as meetings management and negotiation.
