Sabre’s SVP of Strategy and Traveler Experience Discusses Mobile Technology

During GBTA Convention this year, business travel industry experts shared tips, tricks, insights and innovations with our online audience from the GBTA Studio. One such conversation was with Sabre’s Clinton Anderson, senior vice president of strategy and traveler experience, on the rise of mobile technology for the business traveler. The GBTA Foundation recently teamed up with Sabre to conduct a study on the digital business traveler.

During the interview, Clinton mentioned the myriad of ways business travelers have become reliant on mobile technology both in their own lives and while on the road. From rebooking travel at the last minute to tracking expenses, mobile functionality is rapidly changing the way business travelers operate – and it’s not just with Millennials. “Many of our users are in their 40s and 50s – the road warriors,” he said.
