What Business Travel Needs to Know About the Hospitality Industry Now

Travel, and especially the hospitality sector, have definitely been impacted by the pandemic and other factors over the recent years. And these impacts also have implications for business travel and business travelers. Most recently, he has been vocal about the urgent need to address the shortage in hospitality workers brought on by the pandemic and create a new way forward to attract and keep talent in the industry.
