Getting Ready for 2023: GBTA WINiT Committees and Volunteering

The GBTA WINiT program is gearing up for 2023 and that means a fresh look at the committees and the impact of the organization. WINiT is looking for ongoing committee members as well as ad hoc experts for those with limited time to spare.

Join the women and men of GBTA WINiT who are engaged in, pushing, and re-imagining the industry with an eye to gender equity and on the sole mission to positively change and ignite the careers and lives of women in travel-related industries. Volunteers are at the core of GBTA WINiT, and they are truly empowered when they come together and work as committees.

The 2023 GBTA WINiT Committees are Mentorship, Education & Development, and Community, Networking & Membership. Click here for more details and to sign-up for committee participation by January 11.

As winner of the 2022 GBTA WINiT Committee of the Year, tune in  to hear Mary Ellen Hess, One to One Mentoring Committee Leader, share her insights.
