Most Buyers Expect 2024 Corporate Budgets to Rise

Corporate travel managers expect their organizations' travel budgets in 2024 to grow by an average of around 8 per cent year-on-year as expectations for virtual meetings decrease, according to a new survey.

US-based bank Morgan Stanley surveyed 135 corporate travel managers from organizations around the world who collectively account for $8 billion in annual global travel spend.

This session will explore the importance of accessible travel programs and how you can work with your internal and external stakeholders to provide the best possible experience for travellers that require accessibility support.

Joining via recorded video interview for this session Stephanie Cadieux, Canada’s first Chief Accessibility Officer (CAO) ​​will explore the Accessible Canada Act and how it applies to the travel industry as well as the work her team does to challenge assumptions and ensure barrier free access for travellers with a disability.
