A room block has been secured for the duration of the summit.  Room accommodations can be secured through the reservation link or by calling the Reservations Department (713) 871-8181. Individuals must identify themselves as being with the group, GBTA Project Crew Team Travel Summit (PCTT), at the time the reservation is made in order to receive the special group rate.

The reservation cut-off date is Monday, November 4th. Reservation requests received after this deadline date will be subject to availability and the prevailing rate.

Single/Double, Classic Rooms: $175 (plus applicable taxes)
The group rate will be available from 11/17 – 11/20.
Hotel room, tax, incidentals, airfare and other expenses are the responsibility of the attendee. Guest rooms must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of reservation

Room Cancellation Policy
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking.
Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled by 12noon 48 hours prior to the arrival date will be subject to a one night room and tax cancellation fee.
An early departure fee of one night’s room and tax will apply if an attendee checks-out prior to their original check-out date.

The opening reception will be located in the Black Swan on the lower level of the hotel, from 5:00PM to 7:00PM on Monday November 18th. Registration will be available during this time. The General Session is located in the Constellation Ballroom, located on the Lobby Level of the Omni Houston.  When entering the hotel through the main entrance, you will go to the left.

The Supplier Showcase will be located in The Landing of the Omni Houston.  When entering through the main entrance you will go straight ahead to find The Landing. 

This event is business casual.  Please keep in mind, temperatures in the meeting rooms can fluctuate, so for those who tend to get cold, a light sweater or jacket is recommended.

There will be a charging station located at the back of the general session. This is available on a first come first serve basis. Please be considerate and remove items once they have charged. You will need to bring your own charging cords. GBTA or the Omni Houston will not be responsible for lost or misplaced items at the charging station.

The temperature in Houston for November is a high of 70(F) and a low of 55(F).

The Omni Houston has 2 restaurants located inside the hotel.

If you are checking out of the hotel Tuesday November 19th, you can check your bag at the front desk with the bell staff.

Airport Transportation to and from the hotel is the responsibility of the attendee. Taxis and ride share services are available at both Houston Hobby (HOU) and Bush Intercontinental (IAH) Airports. Hobby is located 17 miles from the hotel and is an approximately 30-45 minute drive. Bush Intercontinental is located 24 miles from the hotel and can take up to a hour. Drive times all depend on current traffic at the time of travel.
