Coursework details

Take your travel program to the next level by learning and applying industry best practices, managing and minimizing travel risks, using efficient communication and metrics to steer policy compliance, and much more. The learning modules covered during the training include:

After the course you receive your GBTA Professional Development Certificate. GTP holders will earn 14 GTP® Recertification credits.

Amy graduated from The University of Michigan with a degree in Organizational Behaviors & Human Resources Management with a certification in Early Childhood Development. GO BLUE! Prior to her roles in Travel & Meetings she spent time in her original career path of HR and learned a lot about the importance of listening to employees, and how interacting and advocating for them can drive results. 

After having life changing roles in Travel with companies like Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and Adient, Amy has created and executed both Global Travel & Meetings Programs using previous experience, benchmarking, and education, and she looks forward to continuing to enhance, optimize, and incorporate new technology into her program.
