Alabama:

Four documents to verify identity/date of birth, Social Security number and address of principal residence.

Michigan:

You must present one form of proof for social security and legal presence. One form of identity (more than one may be required) and two forms of residency.

Minnesota:

Proof of Identity, Proof of Social Security number and proof of any name change is required plus two documents that prove residency.

You are required to have social security card or official document w/social security number, 2 forms of residency, and a certified copy of your birth certificate.

Missouri:

Proof of identification and lawful status, proof of social security number and 2 documents for proof of Missouri residency.

Montana:

Proof of name, date of birth and authorized presence, 1 document that proves social security number, 2 documents that prove Montana residency. Also requires proof of name change.

Nebraska:

Proof of U.S. Citizenship or Lawful Status, containing Name and Date of Birth, and Identity.  Principal Address in Nebraska (at least two documents are required). Applicants must disclose their valid social security number which can be verified through the Social Security Administration or show proof of exemption

New Hampshire:

1 item to show proof of identity, 1 item to show proof of social security, and 2 items that show proof of residency within 60 days of application – must relinquish old drivers license.

New Mexico:

Oklahoma:

It is estimated that the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety will begin issuing REAL ID documents April 30, 2020, at selected locations across the state. REAL ID driver’s licenses and ID cards will be available to all Oklahomans statewide by August 31, 2020.
