Are things getting better for women in the business travel industry or is there still work to be done?

I’m confident in the role that women play today and for the future of the business travel industry. Women are raising their hands, voicing their opinions, and helping to mentor other women in various fields across this industry. We are always evolving to make positive change and do better. We also see significant progress in the DE&I space, and I feel fortunate to work for a company that takes great pride and prioritizes these efforts as a company and for employees.

Who or what inspires you to continue working hard, even on the most challenging days?

My employees whose hard work, dedication, perseverance, and commitment goes above and beyond every day to providing exceptional customer service.

Community involvement – serving not only as professional mentors but the leadership and guidance they give back to others is truly impactful and something I admire so much.

Seeing my employees achieve their personal and professional goals is just incredible and is really the foundation of why I enjoy being a leader and what makes me so proud to work for Enterprise.
