- Leverage the committee’s expertise to be an incubator of ideas that provide visibility, education, tools, and resources for our members to expand the sustainability practices into travel policies and programs
- Utilize GBTA’s history and unique position to play a legitimate leadership role to impact and facilitate effective sustainability change
- Develop a roadmap for the future of sustainable travel and our communities by taking credible actions today to track, reduce and mitigate emissions from business trips.
- Be the conduit between business travel buyers, suppliers, and intermediaries to create standardization for emissions calculations and unified sustainability recommendations.
