Terri has been working in the corporate travel industry for 20+ years. Her expertise is in small to mid-sized company travel program management. Her experience runs from end-to-end including vendor negotiations and relations, GDS reservations and ticketing, online booking and expense tool implementation and back-office administration, policy compliance, traveler satisfaction, T&E card administration, expense auditing, and fleet operations.

Terri is currently President of GBTA Upstate New York. She previously served as Vice President of the GBTA Chapter Presidents’ Council, and as a member of the NAPCP Travel Card Advisory Team. She has been the recipient of several industry scholarships and awards, including the GBTA CPC Business Travel Service Award. Though born and bred in NYC, Terri lives in Upstate New York with her husband, John, and their Thai rescue dog, Drossel.
